We receive a high volume of emails, especially questions about dogs up for adoption.  If you have question about one of our dogs, please fill out an online APPLICATION . We will follow-up shortly and answer any questions you may have.

The Bill Foundation is a California 501(c)(3) non-profit, all-volunteer foundation dedicated to rescuing dogs from the Los Angeles shelter system and placing them in permanent loving homes.
