Bill Foundation receives several applications each day; sometimes as many as fifty applications a week. Though we try, we may not be able to review and respond to your application right away. If you have not received an email response within a couple of days, please feel free to send us an email to check on the status of your application.

Submitting as application does not mean you are approved to adopt or foster a dog from Bill Foundation. Bill Foundation has the right to refuse adoption/foster to any applicant for any reason.
Our Adoption Event is held
every-other Sunday from 11am to 3pm at 
CENTINELA FEED & PET SUPPLY STORE
331 NORTH ROBERTSON BLVD.
BEVERLY HILLS, CA 
Be sure to check our website home page & our ad in the L.A. Times for specific adoption fair dates.
Please arrive before 2:30pm as we must begin transporting the dogs back to their kennels and foster homes promptly at 3:00pm.
